Sarah I have been coming to Vision Park for a few years and just wanted to post a review on here to let people know that this is a very friendly doctors office. That is very hard to find. There are times that I have walked into a doctor's office and felt like the front desk staff wished I never walked in. This is not the case with Vision Park! The doctors also take TIME with you! Fit my needs Before I had heard of Visionpark, I had my eyes examined and had gotten a prescription from a separate doctor. Since they are my first glasses, I went to 5 glasses stores. Visionpark had the right combination of things I needed: they actually answered the phone, they are convenient to my house, they stay open late enough for me to go after work, they accept my insurance, and they take the time to help fit you to the right frames. Nope-I was wrong I have to take back my earlier 5 star review. While they got me in quickly and put the "smudge free" lens coating or whatever it was, it didnt work. I told them about it once, it was waved off as nothing. When I went back again, the woman who works there was a total B. I had overheard her talking to other customers before and she was really rude. So, what it comes down to is that they were so anxious to get me in because they knew it was a rip off and quick easy money. I will never return there, I can not st... read more
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE I CAME IN FOR MY SON'S FIRST EYE EXAM. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH HIM. HE HAD A GREAT TIME. HE DIDN'T NEED GLASSES, BUT I WILL BE BACK ANNUALLY. GREAT LOOKING OFFICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.!!!
amazing eyecare experience i was amazed by the care of the doctors, the selection in the optical, the knowlege of the staff, and the quality of the glasses. a truely magical optometric experience. A+++++
