Went to Laporte Indiana MYEyeDr. Location. Will not be back. Dr Esposito was nice and Great. Yet Selection of glasses that I or WE who have Medicare and are on disability and Medicaid as a secondary cannot afford there so-called Frames to choose from are SLIM,, being on a fixed budget stinks and the 2 ladies working at the front desk, didn't try to help at all, I was explaining to them how I got a discount last year and they would not even budge...to try and help me, didn't care that I didn't have any extra money or bother t... read more
I went in for an eye exam. Was only there to get a new prescription for my contacts. I wear glasses, but was not going to replace the lenses at this time as I wear progressive lenses and they are expensive. I asked to have my glasses adjusted. The girl did and handed them back to me. I put them on and everything was foggy and blurry. I figured they were just dirty. I got to my car, took them off and examined the lenses. They had a ton of scratches all over both lenses. Dr. Ward is efficient. The staff isn’t. The tech didn’t wipe off equipment after use. The eyewear I have isn’t working. I contacted the office no response. I had to contact customer relations for a response. Today my eyewear isn’t correct and Renee lied about the process . Stay away they aren’t busy and no one answers the phone. They are only interested in sales customer service doesn’t exist .

If you want to be talked down to go here My old optometrist closed and I needed contacts, so I went to Vision Park. I had a recent Rx, but not an official one, so I had to retake an eye exam. Ok, fine, charge me for an eye exam, no problem. NEXT they wanted to do a $90 contact fitting for contacts I knew fit! What BS. I knew the Rx worked for me, as I'd had these lenses for over a year.. Ok, fine. I pay for the exam and the fitting. I call today to let them know the contacts fit perfectly and to order more, and they give me ... read more
Worked me in! I had an issue with my contacts and wanted to be seen. I was pretty sure it was nothing but just wanted to be sure before I went out of town. They were very nice to work me in and the doctors were so very helpful! I am so glad to have such caring doctors and staff. They really make you feel like part of their family!
a it never fails that when we go out of town my husband will lose a contact and of course he doesn't have a his glass w/ him, great place for quick stop.
