RecommendedMy son is going into the Army on July 22 and we needed to have an eye exam so he could get contacts before going. We walked in on Saturday morning to find out that Wings whole computer system was down and there was no record of appointments. After explaining the situation they went into action to make sure that a doctor was available and some how looked up the insurance information and the exam was successfully completed. Everyone there went above and beyond to accommodate us. A big thank you!
I just LOVE Wing Eyecare. I don't give high praise often...Dr. Mark Herrin and his staff are excellent! My wife and daughter have been going there for awhile and I finally switched & joined them. Jay Bowling is the BEST!!! He's great at what he does and really pays attention to your needs.
Wing tells you that they care so much etc., but they only care until the check clears.

I want to thank Dr. Mark Herron and the staff at Wing Eyecare-Symmes. After several weeks of rapid decline in my left eye, several trips to Cincinnati Eye Institute and another optometrist, Dr. Herron was able to put my mind at ease and come up with an improvement to my blurry vision. The others were unable to get my vision into focus. It’s still not back to where it was, but is better than it has been. I highly recommend Dr. Herron and the professional staff. I am loyal to this location moving forward.
Big shout out to Jo at Wing Eyecare for always taking care of me! Couldn't ask for a better customer experience.
Highly recommend! The staff is kind and patient. It's been a process finding the right multifocal contacts for me, but they've been very nice and accommodating.
