Last year, I made an appointment with MyEyeDr at the Canton location. Their customer service was maybe a 5 out of 10 at best. I was supposed to receive a refund for contacts I exchanged. It took about 6 calls and three months to receive the refund. My messages always “got lost” and staff acted inconvenienced on numerous occasions.
