Unfortunately, my experience at this office was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. The staff was unorganized with no clear communication. I didn't feel valued as a patient.
Came in and worked with Melissa. She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend this location.
The manager, Liam, exhibits unprofessional behavior and lacks competence. He seems unprepared for his role and struggles with customer interactions. He mishandled my prescription and refused to correct the error, instead insisting I undergo a new exam despite my current prescription still being valid. His approach appears driven by a focus on profit over customer care.
The manager and the doctor here seem like they just want your money and don't actually care. I had glasses made here couple weeks ago, the prescription was too strong. When I went back for a recheck I was told I couldn't do a recheck even though my prescription is valid! Liam the manager and the doctor kept pressuring me to do a new eye exam even though my prescription hasn't expired. I dealt with an incompetent staff here. The manager Liam does not know how to handle customer relations. They mishandled my prescription. From many other reviews it looks like that happens a lot here where they constantly mess up the prescription.
