I got a pair of glasses for my daughter at this location last month. We chose a pair under their promotion, and the next day, my daughter returned with my husband for an eye exam. However, I later realized we were charged more than the expected promotional price due to a miscommunication when my husband was there. When I called to address the issue, they resolved it immediately—and even lowered the cost beyond the promotional price. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right.
UPDATED REVIEW 03/31/2025: TERRIBLE SERVICE! From my first visit which was amazing to today it has been a nightmare. Dr. Habri is great, but every visit comes with an issue with my glasses or prescription. Today was a disaster between going to pickup glasses with a completely random prescription in it, to another pair that had lenses cut in half instead of full frame. Very disappointing experience. At the time of my scheduled appointment, I unexpectedly found out I wouldn’t be seeing my regular doctor. When my glasses arrived, the prescription lenses were incorrect. They instructed me to try the glasses “for a few days.” After following their directions and calling back the next Tuesday for an appointment with the doctor, I was informed they needed to measure the lenses first but assured me I could walk in Wednesday afternoon as it was “wide open.” I returned on Wednesday, only to find th... read more
