I came in looking for rates and prices regarding a lens installation onto a pre-existing frame. This was my first experience with this store, and I had the pleasure to have been assisted by Asanti. He went out of his way to explain not only pricing, but the various options and technical aspects of each. I cannot recommend the store enough, if not the employee himself. My goat Asanti 🐐🙏
I ordered my glasses a month ago and I received a text saying my glasses are ready. When I arrive they aren't ready and they have no idea why I got the text. They also don't know why my glasses aren't ready and made no effort to find out. I have been there twice to pick up my glasses and all they can say is "no idea why they aren't here". I still don't have my glasses.
Melissa was so helpful! She found unused benefits on my insurance and helped me work with them to get the best deal. She went out of her way to look into this for me. I would come here again just for her!
