Today was my second time walking in to get my glasses adjusted. Both times the associate that helped me was superb. I’ve had the same pair of glasses for over two years, and they constantly are falling off my face. Today, the associate that helped me suggested that I replace the nose pads, which solved the problem! Even though this would take him longer he took the time to really help me. Unprofessional and dishonest business. Shop here only if you’re prepared to be misled and overcharged. When their actions are questioned, they do not hesitate to send the matter to collections. Unbelievable: I visited their VA-Merrifield location on July 18, 2025. At that time, I was informed that my responsibility would be $115.50, with the remainder covered by my insurance. I had a great experience with my eye doctor at Mosaic. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.
