The Mosaic District store is out of this world amazing with customer service. Melissa is the new mayor this location and goes above and beyond customer expectations. I’ve always had a great exam and no issues with this location. I recently got a new pair of glasses and lost them within 2 weeks. I called the store and they were able to help me get my prescription reordered and back to me within a week with a minimal fee. Unfortunately, my experience at this office was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. The staff was unorganized with no clear communication. I didn't feel valued as a patient.
Came in and worked with Melissa. She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend this location.
The manager, Liam, exhibits unprofessional behavior and lacks competence. He seems unprepared for his role and struggles with customer interactions. He mishandled my prescription and refused to correct the error, instead insisting I undergo a new exam despite my current prescription still being valid. His approach appears driven by a focus on profit over customer care.
The manager and the doctor here seem like they just want your money and don't actually care. I had glasses made here couple weeks ago, the prescription was too strong. When I went back for a recheck I was told I couldn't do a recheck even though my prescription is valid! Liam the manager and the doctor kept pressuring me to do a new eye exam even though my prescription hasn't expired.
