I called to make an appointment to have my current glasses adjusted, nothing else and asked for 5:30 appointment since i work. I was told they don't make appointments after 4:45 because of Covid. When I asked why it would take so long to adjust glasses the rep hung up on me. They used to be amazing and now are beyond horrible.
The optometrist is great! However, as for the staff, read on. I've been a patient here for about three or four years. On Saturday, my only pair of glasses broke, leaving me with nothing. I called the office and was told that they could see me in about a month. I asked for a copy of my prescription so that I could go to one of those same day eyeglass stores. The service was superb, fast and professional. I was a transfer from another eye care business and needed new contacts and glasses. Not only were they fast, they were friendly and I was greeted by name. The quality is also superior to the business I used to use.
Made my appointment 3 weeks ago and got there to my appointment and found out my insurance isn’t available until May. They didn’t pull my insurance until yesterday and knew then but never called me. I had to take time from work for this appointment. I would not recommend them

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH YOUR EYES! Rude and incompetent employees. Completely botched my eye exam and told me my prescription has been wrong for 5+ years. Now I can’t see past 20ft and have massive headaches! They charged me $200.00+ for these useless contacts and seem to careless about fixing the problem.
Terrible!! Got my glasses, could not read with them, went back twice aûnd they kept telling me how great they were and how it must be me having problems adjusting. Now 3 months later they sit in a drawer - waste on my money - don't waste yours!
