La'Keisha is super friendly and sweet! I always appreciate how you don't feel rushed and they take their time to get you the right prescription, rather than to get you in and out.
Showed up to be greeted by a rude secretary only to find out my appointment had been canceled without notice. Stay away from this office they’re clueless.
Lakeisha was very professional and thoughtful. She had multiple patients at one time. She made us each feel important and took care of our needs in a timely manner.
I’ve never liked going since the first year, and honestly the only reason I come is because it’s convenient from where I work. The staff is trash!! The vibe is so unwelcoming!! Every year I be gritting my teeth when it’s time to go in for my exam, because I’m so scared of cussing someone out!
