After decades of going to a wonderful office in Oxford, PA they sold out to myeyedr.com. Dr. K is still there and he is wonderful. But now the office is POORLY run. 1) I showed up for my appt and was told that it was the wrong time. Not true as I wrote it down on my calendar as we arranged it earlier in the week. 2) My first pair of glasses were horrible. The manager Jay R****** and assistant manager Jordana are the most incompetent, non customer service oriented people in the industry. They were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
