I came in yesterday around 4 PM needing a quick fix for the screw on my glasses and was also hoping to purchase a new pair, since mine were falling apart. We visited this location on July 7th, 2025, for my wife’s eye exam — just one day short of a full year since her last visit on July 8th, 2024. Before booking, we specifically asked about insurance eligibility, and the staff confidently told us it would be fine. However, after arriving with our baby, we were informed that insurance wouldn’t cover the visit — incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. Man Via is the absolute worse and their custom Service is horrid from the reception standpoint. Dr was friendly and helpful but I paid for the 20 dollar eye health exam but the co pay was zero. They tried to over charge and I explained that I signed the docs that said what I was only supposed to pay 20 and denied me my perception. I am going to the better business bureau.
Always great with the kids and myself. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions from an engineer.
