They messed up my eye exam, had to get another, wrong prescription, first frames I tried to return within 30 days was no problem but the Eye doctor Himself suggested I get a plastic, small frame then later after lens was places the frame flexed and bowed out so bad they are iimpossible to make comfortable on my face. I was told they cant refund me or return per policy because I already returned once. Bullcrap! So now I have spent hard earned money on frames that fall off my face. Shame on you people.
