The eye doctor was great but the other staff is extremely rude and condescending. I was going to attempt to bring my other children and possibly start going myself but the reception staff completely changed my mind. I would not recommend this office at all.
Better service would be appreciated. Your Covid rules and ineptitude caused my 90 yr old father multiple visits. First, the lens were wrong. Then you scheduled him on a day when no technician was on site. Making him wait outside in the heat is not "following the rules" but rather cowardly incompetence. Customer care should come higher on your list of priorities.
Bought pair of glasses, they talked me into all the 'extras' close to a $1000 when done, I told them the day I picked them up, they were too weak. I'm told to 'come back' every time I walk in. I'm using a $1 pair from Dollar Tree.
I purchased a pair of progressive readers with Flexon frames in mid January. I paid for the additional warranty as I've had issues with Flexon frames breaking at the nose piece one before. Sure enough yesterday they snapped after 4 months of daily use. However MyEyeDr had a new frame in stock and swapped the lenses out in about 5 minutes at no charge. I'm still not a believer in the longevity of Flexon frames, but MyEyeDr's service was first rate, even in the midst of the COVID mess.
Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Read all the negative reviews on Yelp and you will see for yourself. I wrote quite a lengthy review on Yelp and don’t have the time or energy to waste on this company again. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
Make your prescription lenses incorrect, sell you frames that won't stay on your face and then bend the crap out of them so bad that they are crooked and try and tell you its because you " picked cheap frames" is not how you do business!! I got the frames you recommended!! Then call the office manage Julie who is not helpful at all!! Out my frame allowance and have to pray that these lenses fit into another frame!! Oh and they only cost $400.00. Save yourself time and headache and AVOID this place!!
I have been seeing these doctors since I was 10 years old. Love this place with all my heart!
Charging a fitting fee.....Which means if the doctor does not get the contact stength correct one has to pay $115 either way! Out of pocket in addition to the copay and not counting the cost for contacts! This is something � "new" well this is not the way to treat patients by gouching them! I hope y'all go out of business for treating patients this way! Yeah this is new alright!!
