I am fortunate in that I go in yearly for my exam and then every 2-3 years I replace my eyeglasses. Therefore, I really only stop in once or twice a year, max. Every time I walk in the door it makes me smile to be greeted on a first name basis. I was having eye issues and was sent to a neuro opthamologist and waited 4 months to get in. After still having issues I mentioned to NW Vision that I wanted to make sure Dr Min had gotten a report from the specialist. They had me come in and see Dr Sims since she specialized in binocular vision and in just a week I saw her, had comprehensive tests and she took her time with me performing testing to determine my double vision problem.
