RecommendedI began seeing Dr. Tim Kret in 1988 (now retired); however, I've been a patient of Dr. Kendra DeBarrie since. Dr. Debarrie and staff are very professional and extremely supportive of any needs. I wear contacts and have an astigmatism as well as progressive cataracts. I highly recommend Dr. DeBarrie and the staff of Eagle Mountain Family Eye Care for ongoing eyewear needs and/or annual exams. They are the very best! You will not be disappointed.
This practice is a comedy of errors resulting from my making appointments there for me and my son, our one and only visit and their sanctimonious staff - and I am not laughing! Upon making our appointments, I requested that they call me before our appointments if there were any issues regarding our insurances and no coverage; I was told they always do that. I've ways had a great experience with Dr Miller & his staff. Friday was time for my yearly check up & my 7yr olds first visit. He has severe anxiety when it comes to any kind of doctor. Dr DeBerry & all the staff were AMAZING with him!! I appreciate the honesty & great opinions when picking out frames as well.
Exam was nice however the lady helping with my son’s reissue of his lenses of his sports glasses was rude. I explained that the last time i was given an arrival date the were late. She got defensive,rude and clearly explained how that its not their fault because they don’t cut them there. I got her name but didnt feel it was appropriate to put it on the internet.
State of the art equipment, gorgeous facility, excellent staff, great eyewear, and the best doctor, Matt Miller, OD. Super impressed!!
Amanda helped me with a new pair of glasses. Wonderful service.
