I went to Doctor Latham's clinic. Dr. Pham did the exam. She gave me a prescription, I ordered the glasses. Picked up the glasses, and my vision wasn't improved. I told Doctor Pham, and she said to give it time. I came back three days later. I still don't have the clear distance vision. She gave me an eye exam with the glasses and said corrected my vision was 20/30-20/40. I said that was as bad as it was when I asked for her exam. She said I'm good to drive, don't worry about it. Dr. Latham and his staff are amazing. They provide excellent services and Dr. Latham is very diligent in getting prescriptions right on so that I can see as clearly as possible. He recommends only what I need and does not try to just sell as much as possible. All of the staff is well trained and efficient. Love this office!!!

Dr. Quynh Nhi Pham made mistakes during my eye exam and gave me an incorrect prescription. I told her things were still blurry, she laughed at me and said get used to it. I returned later and a quick read of a eye chart showed less than 20/20 vision. She said it didn't matter. I asked for an exam with the senior doctor. This is where the medical mistake turned into negligence if not fraud.
