Araceli made the process very easy for us and was very kind and professional the whole entire time. Not only was she kind during the process but is very friendly after the process everytime we see her and her family around they are very friendly and it makes us feel like home. We have great neighbors and don’t have any complaints. We love our new home and wish to stay here a very long time. Thank you Myerwood Appartments and thank you Araceli.

I would give this place zero stars if I can. Lady is very rude when she was talking to my fiancé the townhome. She was on her cell phone which sounds like she was talking to her friend. Like very unprofessional. When I call about the application status she seems rude and irritated . And lie saying she talk to my fiancé about the application being rejected which she did not . Ive been here about 14 years. Ive had no problems. They accepted my pets, where many places are no pet rentals. I like the new owner/manager. They get right on any problem I have. Highly recommended this place. I've been asking for new mini blinds for my living room for several months, they are broken due to the sun and 15 years wear and tear. Please replace..
