Throw away a tire that they are supposed to send to the factory to see what was wrong with it then never call back have to call numerous times to see the progress... 3 weeks later and it’s just oh we threw tire away I’m sorry.... tire wasn’t a week old sidewall damaged bead came apart... no impact spots in rim where sidewall was damage or anything just bead separated... went to few other tire shops in Winston-Salem and showed pics of tire when getting new front tires and they say faulty tire... but Myers won’t do anything ca... read more

CONSUMERS BEWARE -\-\ I took my 2008 Nissan Sentra into the Wilkesboro Myers Tire this week to have the blower motor cleaned out. Upon picking up my car the blower motor had been fixed as I had hoped, but unfortunately my CD player no longer worked, my dash was not reinstalled properly and my gear shifter was covered in scratches. I curbed my tire today and needed to find a place to get a new tire fast. Stopped at Myers Tire and found myself in the midst of professional and courteous people. They not only took care of my car needs but were also caring about what I was going through. I had to have my car realigned, a new tire, and a new rim. The guys here are awesome!!!!
