Horrible. Awful. Do NOT rent from this company. Extremely lazy staff, ignoring emails and phone calls. The landlords tote their loud dogs around and lets them just run around with no leash. No notices about people coming over to work on the apartment. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
A few years back I was ripped off by another property management company who was doing a terrible job "managing" my one property. I reached out to Brad who graciously took over the property and turned it around. After the initial cleanup my home was rented. I have had the same tenant since Myers Team took over. There company stays on top of things..even potential evictions. They work with the tenants but also observes the legal aspects.
