If you want a contractor that will guarantee his work, this crew is not for you. Ty and his crew did our roof back in March of last year. What started as a great experience has turned into horrible customer service. I first called Ty to put a boot on for a new puncture we made in the roof. He scheduled a time with me and no call no showed. I called him back and got the rudest short responses. As if it was a bother to even have tried to give him money for a service. I had them come out to give me an estimate for insurance company for tornado damage. Never received the estimate. Doesn't return calls.
Myers Roofing was great! They put the new roof on the house we just bought and had it completed before closing! We reached back out to them because one of our gutter downspouts was clogged, and they were there the very next morning! Ty was very polite and accommodating, even when there was confusion about which gutter needed cleaned (my bad). They had it taken care of in no time! We will definitely use Myers roofing again in the future.
I'm very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service that I experienced with Ty. We had minor roof damage that he repaired within a couple of days of my initial call for an estimate.
