We hired Debbie to help us close a foreclosure purchase from a bank. We had no idea what we were doing and originally hired an attorney who did not know either. Debbie jumped in and really helped us out. The transaction was unusual and she gave us a lot of great advice. She worked late nights and weekends when we were under tight timelines to record certain documents. She really knew everything. Great attitude and very knowledgeable.
