I've used Myers Park for years and always is a good experience. Privately owned company (so no big bank nonsense) and A+ rated with BBB. I notice they are on Zillow.com now as well and seem to please 97% of clients on there with over 200 reviews.. which I;m sure is hard to do! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for purchase or refinance money. Think they do multiple states now nationwide as well, at least from what my loan guy said this last time.

Two Words Run Fast, I have had 10 plus mortgages and these guys are the worst period. Terrible follow up, misplace half of what you send them, do not communicate internally, bait and switch masters.. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS

Worst Possible Choice – Trying to work with Myers Park Mortgage was the worst experience I've had with any business, bar none. I started in January and after providing them with complete tax returns, W2s, bank statements, pay stubs, job histories, resumes and additional letters of explanation they required and a formal home appraisal, I still am unable to close a simple refinance on our main home at a 46% loan to equity ratio, and we are highly qualified borrowers. Be carefull with this lender – I found them on Zillow. On Zillow you can find the mortgage company and their offers. I send them email through Zillow. After 1 hour we discuss every thing and they agree on rates, fees, etc, they came back and said that the fees for the rates I am looking has increased. Initially it was $387 now it is $3517. Almost 9 times. They said that the rates changes every hour so I have to pay the new rate. Any way, I do not have time to keep discussing with them.
