Great mortgage originator! I have bought, sold and refinanced probably 12 times and this past refi was as smooth or more smooth than any before (NC, this time; IL, IN, CA and others in NC before). The mortgage approval process is much rougher than in the past, they know it and I know it (many would say that it should be after 2008). Working with Myers Park has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in any industry (yes, even the airlines). I refinanced only 105k and the process took almost 4 months. My credit score is over 800 and the LTV was never an issue. Just when I thought the document requests were over, another list of requests appeared. Myers Park Mortgage is the biggest in Charlotte because they are the BEST! Great service and rates-I highly recommend them.
Great group of people. Made the frustrating mortgage process as simple as it could be considering the complexity of it all today. Great rates too.
Refinanced my home with Myers Park National Lending Center and could not have been more pleased. More questions than last time, but just a sign of the times. If you have nothing to hide, no worries. Closed on time. Rates were low as were the closing costs with a lender credit? Suzie Levora was my loan officer. Her constant attention to my questions and requests made it seem very easy and comfortable. Judy and Angie did a great job as well. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a mortgage.
I refinanced my home and the rate and fees were great and we closed a week ahead of schedule. Very professional i would reccomend them to my friends and family.

Strung me along for almost 3 months, demanded more & more paperwork, required that I pay off my 1.8% car loan....cost me $400. for a appraisal.. With a 780 credit rating...they rejected my refinance & did not even offer the courtesy of a letter explaining why they rejected my refinance. Don't bother with Myers Park Mortgage ...you can do much better...
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were terrible! They made errors, didn't respond back timely, and made this process much worse than it should've been.
