This is a review concerning how myers handled my mothers cremation. For the most part they were fine to work with but royally screwed up on their website for people to leave condolences to our family. My mothers obituary in the paper directed people to leave condolences to Myers website. Her obituary did not come up under the most recent deaths on their webpage and a search on her last name did not work because they spelled her last name wrong. Myers Mortuary made our experience with the passing of our grandfather. He lived a full life and the staff at Myers helped to express that life in a wonderful ceremony. Claire was patient with us in assisting us with the obituary and putting together the program for the funeral. Alan was our funeral director and he took the time to explain our choices to us and made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the process.
