Met with Ibrahim as a walk in. Fantastic experience. I was already going in knowing that sales will try to apply pressure and may even do shady tactics but was pleasantly surprised. Ibrahim was the complete opposite and even helped me comparing other brands to get a feel of things and honest about expectations and where possibly I can get discounts.
The shuttle drivers drive like they just robbed a bank and they were an hour late to our scheduled pick up time. They will try and up charge you for anything. I have gone there 2 times and they will always try and do more than just what you brought it in for. DO NOT GO HERE

This was my first car buying experience, and Riya was great at handling the million questions I had, as well as dealing with me constantly shifting the appointments because things were taking longer than expected. In general I like how they have more female salespeople than other dealerships I've been to.
