The only reason this has any stars is due to Alex in financing. My wife and I bought a used 2024 Santa Fe from Riya. I have never felt more like we were wasting a sales associate's time. If the sales of a used car is commissioned badly enough for a rep, that they schedule two deliveries at the same time, hand us the keys, and walk away to the other delivery without saying thank you or goodbye - maybe they shouldn't be allowed to sell used cars. Shout out to Ming in the service department. I was having trouble getting into my car as the driver side door handles were not working. After doing some research and learning about an extended warranty for door handles, I called Hyundai in the Palladium park, where ming verified it was covered and I could bring my vehicle in today Few hours later my car was fixed and they cleaned the exterior for me!
