I had a very nice experience at Myers Ford in Elkton, VA. In and out in no time getting my Explorer serviced. I live two hours from the dealership and I plan to take it back for all of my scheduled services. Thank you Myers Ford!
Cord Harvey is fantastic: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, without that uncomfortable pressure you can sometimes get from car salespeople. AND Nathan in Service is also great. He looked up my warranty so I could get my needed part free without me even asking about that possibility.
