First, based on everything that I have read and seen on line with the shortage of Ford mechanics, I was expecting it to take a while to make an appointment; however, I got scheduled within a week. The problem was diagnosed and repaired but another problem with display readouts occurred before leaving your facility. The expectation of getting my vehicle in on Monday for my appointment was exceeded by working my vehicle in 2 days sooner. Not only were they able to get the issues with my vehicle resolved, but they were also able to work with my extended warranty company and everything was fully covered, which was absolutely amazing. Their communication with me all through it was awesome.
