My appointment is at 9a. I get here at 8:45a. The assistant is standing there and says we don’t open until 9a. Why schedule an appointment at 9a if your doors aren’t open until 9a and then leave me standing at the inside door because i thought most appointments you arrive early for check in But this place is so unprofessional.

They are very unprofessional tell you there going to do something and don’t get it done.. That’s why people do not like going to support the black community cause they always have attitudes I will never refer nobody to this dentist he been there to long to be running a business they way he run it.. So sad
