Myers sent out a technician to fix our unit today. The technician was professional, efficient and kind. Our issue is with Management, holly. We were informed by them that we would have to pay $110 (give or take $10) per lb of refrigerate. My husband then called Home warranty, who informed him that refrigerate is covered. Then they advised us (along with the tech & secretary Michelle) that we would not have to pay them until Home warranty received diagnosis. We had to wait two days before they could check out the AC. Then we had to wait from Thursday to Monday afternoon for it to be Repaired. The service guy never called To let me know he was on his way. Also, I had to call them to see when they were going to come back.
