I have had a similar experience as these other reviews. Sales person was very nice until they didn't order enough carpeting to finish the job. They are now using a carpet that doesn't match to complete the job. The installers were great but the sales person at Myers apparently didn't order enough carpet. Very poor customer service.

have no fear – as a regular at Myers Flooring, I would like to mention that the sales person responsible for the above comment is no longer employed with the company

Worst Customer Service/Sales Experience-EVER! – We found a carpet tile that my wife really liked and she went to Myers since thaey were the only one that carried this. She placed the order and payed for it in advance. This was a week-and-a-half before Thanksgiving. She was told "Be here in two weeks". Well two weeks came and was told," Be here next week". myers i think you can buy carpet there? – Almost a month ago I went into Myers and placed a small order. The sales associate Michael was very helpful on my first visit, and told me it would be delivered to the warehouse on the next truck in a few days. It was not, but should make the next one and he would call me. He did not. I called him. He said he would check the warehouse and call me right back. That day ended and he had not called.
