Myers-Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory is too institutional a name for the warm, soothing atmosphere and the comforting compassion of the professional caregivers here. Buhrig Healing Retreat would better describe Bob Buhrig's vision that stems from his calling to serve those in grief; a calling that is evident in each detail of the services, in every embrace, in all the time and energy dedicated, and that emanates throughout the entire MBFHC team of genuine and wonderful people. 5 X 1,000,000 stars!
I have met with Bob Burhig and his staff a few times to help provide me with information regarding funeral planning and costs in the event of a death in the family. This information was used to assist my life insurance clients in planning properly and protecting themselves and their families. I am always welcomed and treated like family when I stop by. Myers-Buhrig is on my preferred vendor list that I give to my clients. I know they will take care of my clients and their families.
Guiding grieving families with varying dynamics, often with highly charged emotions is no small task, but Bob and his team do it with professionalism, class, and an infinite amount of compassion. I cannot possibly put into words the amount of care and respect the staff at Myers Buhrig showed for my mom and our family during the most difficult time in our lives. They took such good care of my mom and she looked incredible. They cared for us bedore, during, and after. I would recommend everyone and anyone to them!!
