I had a really frustrating experience at Myer Fountain Gate, mainly because of the lady at reception named Petula. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just a one-off we noticed the same behaviour on two different visits, which made it even more disappointing. Horrible customer service from the fragrance department. The lady working at the store on Friday 1.30 ( looked like an Indian ) had the most disgusted expression on her face . She looked like I was bothering her a lot when I asked her about a perfume.
