I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Ridley. She was exceptionally kind, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to thoroughly explain the ovulation process and performed a gynecological exam with a wonderful bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I cannot say enough, terrible things about Sapna Rao. She got into a screaming match with me. From the time that I came in to let her know this is worrisome to have excessive bleeding by someone who shouldn’t bleed at all. I was given labs and then prescribed some thing that did not help. It would be like putting a Band-Aid on an amputated finger. When I called her to tell her my concerns that nothing has changed or stopped in eight days. Horrible experience front desk hang ups , I have great insurance and explained how I have a very intricate issue and need a seasoned doctor.. I found out the morning of through research she just got out of residency in 2022… will never step foot and made my condition worse from stress of incompetency and horrible customer service the only silver lining to that crap show is Savannah she was pleasant as for the rest very catty very passive aggressive and the one with heavy accent hangs up on customers! Just pathetic
My appointment with Dr. Ridley was great from the moment I walked into the office. I was warmly greeted by Anna, who made me feel comfortable right away. She took my vitals while also being friendly and kind. Dr. Ridley was just as wonderful—she took the time to explain things I never knew, making me feel confident in my decision to switch to this practice. As a new patient, I felt truly welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend!
I love it here. It is by far the quickest doctor visit I’ve ever had. Not because the doctor is not thorough because she is they are the only doctors office I have ever been to that does not triple book their patients. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see the doctor and everything that they do for you you are able to have access to online, which is amazing.
