Avoid Dr. Shurova at All Costs! Dr. Shurova is the most unprofessional, unethical and greedy dentist I have ever encountered. Entire process was relaxing and relieving especially with my nervousness of being at the dentist! Dr. Marina Shurova is amazing, very knowledgeable and explain with details all we need understand. I had a horrible experience at this place that caused me years long issues due to misdiagnosis and improper treatment. I came there for second opinion, paid cash for it because my insurance already paid for two covered visits (to my primary dentist and to the specialist I went to see for the same exact problem). Insurance information was provided for future cleaning visits for other family members, that were cancelled after my poor experience. Overall okay experience with procedures, okay customer service, doctor has great personality but unfortunately I won’t be back anymore.
I am very glad that I found this doctor!!! I had a tooth removed and was very afraid, but Marina made everything painless and as comfortable as possible!!! I found my dentist!!! I definitely recommend Dr. Shurov!!!!!!!!
