This must be the worst company that i have run across in all my years dealing with management companies!
This is one of the worst management companies. The neighborhood I live in had a different company before MyDay and it was not great, but this one is terrible. Complaint letters with fines and threats sent to homeowners for petty non-issues. Several of the homeowners are so disgusted they are considering selling their home. We are looking into finding another company or eliminating the need for one completely. I was told by the manager that there are 20-30 "violations" in the neighborhood every month. These people just took over our complex in Oceanside and it’s impossible to talk to anyone there. I am so upset that this is what I’m going to have to deal with anytime I need help.
