I don't want to give even one star! If you value your belongings, stay away from this place! On top of that, the facility is dirty, and no one cares about the customers. There is no ramp, loading dock, or canopy over the entrance, making it very difficult to load heavy items or furniture. In bad weather, you risk damaging your belongings. I am sharing my experience to warn others about the poor management and lack of basic amenities at this facility. First and foremost, the facility is rarely staffed. The door frequently malfunctions, and there is almost never anyone around to assist. Even when staff is present—specifically an employee named Angel—he is dismissive and completely unhelpful.
