Highly recommend! After a frustrating week of no answers at a big-box store, I took my laptop here. The difference was night and day. He was professional, clear, and kept me updated via email the entire time. Rob is professional and truly an expert at what he does. My MacBook got liquid damage after being soaked by heavy rain in my backpack, and I hadn’t backed up all of my files.
