Rob is fantastic, he replaced the screen on my MacBook and it cost exactly what he had estimated it to be. Very upfront with pricing, no surprises. I am very pleased! He actually recommended I get a pre-owned screen instead of new screen because my MacBook is older and wouldn’t be worth the cost of a new screen. Saved me a lot of money, and the screen works great. Thanks Rob!

Rob did a quick and great job repairing my Mini PC. Received a Mini PC that was blinking the charger brick instead of solid blue light. Rob diagnosed it as a couple blown capacitors and was able to get to it and repair it in 3 days. Also ran it for a period of time to make sure the repair was complete before returning it to me. Reasonably price.

Rob is awesome! The turnover rate was great. He diagnosed my IMac and replaced the hard drive & ran tests on it to make sure it ran well. With that fix I felt comfortable to have him look at my wife’s MacBook in which he did maintenance to and added additional cooling pads. I recommend Rob @ My Crazy Machine for all your device needs.
