Rob is professional and truly an expert at what he does. My MacBook got liquid damage after being soaked by heavy rain in my backpack, and I hadn’t backed up all of my files. As panicked as I was, he kindly reassured me not to worry until he could take a look. He followed up with clear options, recovered all of my data, and fixed my MacBook at a reasonable price. Rob provided excellent support while I was dealing with an issue on my MacBook. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and showed genuine care throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend MCM for anyone looking for dedicated service.
Man I was struggling so bad trying to swap out the parts for my pc, so bad I’m sure I messed up many things. Rob was able to fix it all for me and perfectly💪 way cheaper then other places and his work is unbelievable! Will definitely comeback and appreciate you rob for finishing my pc 😎
Rob did a quick and great job repairing my Mini PC. Received a Mini PC that was blinking the charger brick instead of solid blue light. Rob diagnosed it as a couple blown capacitors and was able to get to it and repair it in 3 days. Also ran it for a period of time to make sure the repair was complete before returning it to me. Reasonably price.
Needed to 1.)replace a Dell laptop battery and 2.) recover data from a broken HP. Rob was able to do both quickly and at a very reasonable price. Definitely plan to use them again.
