We had an appointment for my kid to cut his hair. They called other walk-ins even after our appointment time. We waited 40 minutes and left. When I told them we had appointment they just ignored me.
Incredibly pleasant and accommodating every visit!! It could be months before I can take the time to go back in but they always remember our last conversation. I have NEVER been disappointed with their services. I recommend the facial waxing as a fun and refreshing add on
