Terrible carpet guys – I had hardwood floors that were installed by a different clueless contractor (John Meadows). So I hired Mycols to remove the hardwood and install carpet. They did the job but it feels like they left all sorts of debris underneath the carpet that you can feel as you walk on it. They said that the problem was the foundation and that it was not in good shape to lay the carpet on.
