Have used this service for months and asked to stick with a specific person (Dora) who is amazing. She is reliable, lovely, thorough and just generally does a great job. Highly recommend.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We had hired them for a Deep Clean and our cleaner did the bare minimum. She only wiped down surfaces/windows and vacuumed the carpets. When we got home there were still areas especially the bathrooms that were not cleaned. I was also incredibly disappointed to find out that our cleaner took my own personal cleaning supplies with her. Will not be using them again.
This is a great company. I am so happy I found them and my preferred cleaner Briana. I’m picky and she is amazing.
DO NOT USE! They Canceled on me day of and offered no help it getting some one on site. I had family arriving the next day and they would offer zero support or even try to remedy the issue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This was our first time ever using a cleaning person. We paid $300 plus tip for a deep clean of our apartment. When we got home after 4 hours we couldn’t even tell what had been done. I specifically walked her through the areas that needed the most attention, and they were completely ignored.
