Wonderful hospital in everything I have spent a month with my newborn baby they did a wonderful job with him I am very grateful to all of them they are truly angels
I was treated by my neurologists here, and the nurses and staff, they are so professional and very good! I would recommend this hospital.
Horrible experience at the ER. Nurses and doctors are overworked, desensitized, and will lie to you so they don’t have to deal with you and can pass you on to the next shift. Even if you have a newborn that needs urgent care. Inexperienced residents that were learning and messing up medical procedures on my baby? No thanks. Children aren’t lab rats. I will avoid this hospital at all costs. Go to MGH instead.
I've heard that this hospital was one of the great ones.....Not the emergency department! No sense of urgency at all! As I'm typing, my 3 yrs old and I have been here for 6 hours and still waiting on a specialist to assist us😳😳 they keep telling us to wait 15 more minutes, then an hour goes by. I only give 2 stars because of some staff who tried to help calm my son down a bit! I don't think I'll ever come back here.... very disappointing!
I went to the ER because my rib broke and got infected not long ago and the nurses and doctors were truly what I needed that week. Definitely 5 stars!
