I found my realtor David szusz just through the realtor app. I wasn't entirely sure on the process but he walked me through everything and worked with my schedule so I didn't miss any work. He knew what to look for and knew some of the signs of properties that would require too much work. The properties that were suitable for me were going fast but he was on the ball with the next one to view.
