I would give this ZERO stars if I could because of one major incident. Dr. Boswell was fabulous. She listened to her patients and always presumed the worst so as not to miss a more serious condition and she thought she was doing the right thing by putting this NP group as her replacement. Fortunately I have wonderful insurance so when one NP refused to order a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound for me when I had an alarming physical breast change overnight (my mother has breast cancer..my young dad died of brain cancer and ... read more
Can not contact anyone currently, I need to refill a prescription and can’t reach anyone by phone, voicemail, etc. Left message last week, no one followed up with me. Now voicemail accounts are full and no way to talk to someone. Will keep trying.
Amazing staff. Amazing doctors. Erica is the most thoughtful and most wonderful nurse I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has went out of her way to help me on several occasions now. Between her and Dr Alexis I couldn't hand pick a better doctors office. Above and beyond
