The absolute worst physician experiece I have ever had with an intitial appointment with a Dr. Merino. I made an appointment to see Dr. Morales but I was told when I arrived that I would have to see Dr. Merino. He walks into the exam room and scolds me like a 5yr old for being late and not arriving 30 min before my scheduled appointent. In fact, my appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 1:25pm and was sitting in the lobby completing the paperworK that could not be completed online. Excellent ,efficient pronto service.profesional staff.
Terrible office staff with high turnover. Abusive uncaring office manager, also new. One of the medical professionals has also left. Average quality medical care at best, but when you factor in the uncaring, cya staff attitude, stay away.
