Absolutely horrible....care more about treatment of thier staff than thier patients ..I went for a 1: 00 appointmentto inquire why my " doctor " nurse practitioner, didn't run test when I enquired about a rash 2 or 3 years ago ( turns out rash can be managed and not a threat to others) but doctor just laughed and ignored my inquire....MY CARE name fits them perfectly because it certainly isn't about your care..its about how you treat them not how they treat you ...also massive billing i have no reconciliation of ...I'm 100% ... read more
I was scheduled for a back surgery resulting from a car accident, before the operating doctor could perform my surgery he did an EKG (proper professional safe protocol prior to any surgery if there’s a history of a heart condition) it was abnormal, I was advised to get a medical clearance first. I went to Dr Edward Navas, in which was my primary care doctor at the time, he refused to send me to a cardiologist, stating he doesn’t deal with/ car accidents cases. The front desk staff was very rude and impolite. Thank goodness I have a good doctor, Mónica Almeciga. She's very professional, and I left the consultation very satisfied. But the front desk staff could fire the two rude Puerto Rican women.
I been with Dr Navas for seven years, very happy with the service all the time that needs refers always can get them easy and fast my husband is a patient too and we don’t change this Dee’s and clinic for nothing we moved at 30 minutes away but still with them, and hope to be here for long period of time, the staff is very polite, professional, kind and friendly; the place is very clean, including bathrooms, they always care about medications refills . thanks My care med and Drs and staff♥️♥️♥️♥️
