Called ahead to make sure they can prescribe testosterone replacement therapy - had the desk lady even ask the doctor before making my appt- they said yes they can - make appt and come - so I do. Now they say they can’t prescribe it here. Just told me whatever to get me in - disappointed. Literally told her on the phone I don’t want to come in if he’s not able to prescribe it - so she said she went and checked and yes he can help me. Just straight lied to me. Here we go again! Different month same story!!! My mom who is elderly and has severe dementia is having to waiti. On one medication to be called in, last month it took them four days to call it In. This month so far is two. “ My care medical, your care your way” is a lie! My mother suffered in pain while the doctor played tickle monster with her prescription, if this isn’t settled today I am calling the medical board tomorrow, or better yet, I’ll drive to the state capital myself and make the complaint in person.
