No nice what the doctor did to my wife she lost 2 patients
I am extremely disappointed with this office’s lack of consideration for patients’ time and circumstances. My appointment was canceled because I arrived 6 minutes late — and 3 of those minutes were spent checking in at their own kiosk machine. It’s frustrating that there seems to be zero flexibility, even when the delay is minimal and partially caused by their own check-in process. Dr. Shah was great. I looked forward to appointments because they were quick and went smooth. I saw him for about a year before I got pushed to the NP Zhora. I should have spoke up. Worst move ever. I had a hysterectomy and had serious complications. I lost weight at a rapid pace, couldn’t hold food down, in general just wasn’t well. After a couple of appointments, Zhora just gave up and told me to do a liver detox. For what? I don’t drink. I ate relatively healthy. I always hated to go to a doctors office in the past for various reasons plus I have gone through a lot of them in the past UNTILL I found Dr. Shah and his wonderful staff. They are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable being there. By the way my husband feels the same way when he goes. Very Professional and Extremely Likeable! THANK YOU
