The staff is friendly and helpful. The process to be seen may be quicker and easier than anywhere else I've been before. They call in prescriptions quickly. Me and my kids all go here. Overall it was a good experience. Glad to get competent service. Something that can be hard to find these days.
This is by far the best Urgent Care I have been to. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was able to get antibiotics on-site as well. The staff and Dr were amazing. They have a variety of services such as X-ray, lab, primary care, and weight loss just to name a few. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
The wife and I both caught the Flu A, the staff here was very nice and so helpful.
In case you don’t know, there is a walk-in clinic inside the Eastland professional suites called My Care. They are open 7 to 7 every day. There is no exterior signage other than a small sign on a pillar, and so you wouldn’t even know it was there unless you were specifically looking for an urgent care or prompt care type facility on the Internet. I took my son in the other day and the nurses were the absolute sweetest! Usually I feel rushed and anxious when at an urgent care but these ladies were so incredibly patient with my son. Jaylene even brought bubbles in to help distract him while he was being seen. We left with a big sticker and a very happy boy.. and mom! Thank you all.
