I was initially disappointed when I was told that the first available appointment was not for a month, but in response to my request for an earlier appointment they called the next day, said they had a cancellation,and gave me an appointment for the following morning. The wait time was minimal, everyone was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Harris was thorough and took time to explain things in a way I could understand.
