Great service, knowledgeable team. Was able to replace two tyres with the hour.
Went in last saturday for a punctured tyre. Jacob was really kind and understanding around the whole process. Unfortunatley my tyre needed replacing and discussed tyre options owith me and took into account budget etc. And rebooked me for this saturday. Unfortunatley i had to call through today and reschedule my appointment as i have the flu and had Nakita take my call. Booked my car in for two new tyres. Brought it in right on time (in the middle of my work day no less) as they asked. Was told it would be about 90 minutes to put the tyres on. Called them after 90 minutes....turns out they didn't even have the tyres for my car in the shop! So I had been sitting in a shopping centre killing time in my work day for no good reason. An absolute waste of my time. Don't book me in unless you can actually do the damn job!
