I paid for a Basic Plus service ($299) and received a very high level description of an oil leak (no details were provided around where the leak was coming from), battery health, and that my tyres are 'unroadworthy'. They mentioned they had sufficient tread on the front two tyres, but due to age. When I asked for a detailed report, he refused to give me one. Big thank you to Barry and his team. I’ve taken my old girl there a few times now and she’s been well cared for. Recently the radiator split on highway. One tow truck and a quick trip to Helensvale Tyre and Auto and it’s as good as gold. The service provided is awesome and the pricing is very reasonable.
