I've been taking my car to Mycar Helensvale for years and have always been given great service. Recently I had some concerns with squeaking breaks which were recently replaced and my battery which died overnight with no reasoning, Reace and team got my car booked in to make sure all was well, alleviate my comcerns, and get me back on the road with a sense of safety. And that's why I keep going back, amazing.
I booked my car service in advance and was told it would be completed by 12pm. I dropped the car off at 8am and even rearranged my other appointment to make this work. When I returned at 12pm, I was told the service had not even started. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. If you cannot meet the promised timeframe, please communicate that clearly so customers can plan accordingly. Reliability and communication are just as important as the service itself.
