Great service, always reliable
I rang to book a puncture repair that I’d picked up over the weekend and was put through to the head office tyre care team as a returning customer to take the booking. When I arrived at the workshop to drop off the tyre the staff were extremely rude and annoyed that the booking had been taken and treated me like a massive inconvenience. We had a great experience with MyCar! The staff were very welcoming and honest about the issues with our cars. When I brought my car in, the problem was something quick to fix and, to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me for it. Later, when my husband went in for an oil change, they also did a full check-up on his car. Excellent service — fast, fair, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend this efficient and friendly business. I realised I had a flat tyre at 5.15pm on a Thursday afternoon, managed to call up and get booked in for (hopefully) a tyre puncture repair the next day. Dropped the car off in the morning and the team were able to do it on the spot for me. Thank you so much to Josh and the team, really appreciate you squeezing me in!
