Unreal service cheap reliable and trustworthy
I have engaged their service a few times. The manger always provides honest advices and services, and the price is reasonable and competitive. I was told by a major brand tyre supplier that I need to replace all the tyres for my car. For second opinion, I took the car to mycar Coorparoo and the manager said the tyres can last for another 10,000km. Very down to earth service. Strongly recommended!
Ordered an outer door handle, came in wrong colour. They didn't ask me if I still wanted it and went ahead and installed it. Instead of trying to find out what happened and sort it out, they removed door handle after I complained. No apologies, grumpy behaviour and still charged me for the installation of the wrong part. Not happy at all and won't be back.
